Here's how to submit a proposal to the Architectural Control Committee for Review.

1. Download the Chenango Architectural Change Form

2. Fill out the form and submit all plans and material lists required.

3. We highly recommend meeting with your neighbors to get their input and answer any of their questions about your proposed project.

4. Submit your application to Brian Reed by any of the following methods:

Mail: Management & Maintenance, Inc., 7803 E. Harvard Avenue, Denver, CO 80231

FAX: (303) 755-4509

5. The ACC meets once a month.

The Architectural Control Committee meets once monthly on the 3rd Monday of the month, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Although priority is given to submittals received by noon on the Friday prior to the meeting, all complete submittals received after the deadline and during the meeting are reviewed by the committee at the meeting.

Where possible for straightforward, non-complex submittals, the committee has for years worked with residents to conduct expedited reviews between meetings for various reasons (e.g. new residents need to fence the yard for a dog; a time-limited sale on materials, etc.)

In these cases, the ACC office scans the submittal and sends it by E-mail to the committee, asking each member their thoughts on the project. Once a consensus is received, the office contacts the homeowner to let them know. Formal action is taken at the subsequent regularly scheduled meeting.

The ACC is unable to provide expedited review for more complex submittals (e.g. to further evaluate requests for variance, for home addition proposals, etc.). In these cases, the community and homeowner are best served by a meeting of the committee where questions can be asked and the project discussed as needed prior to action. In some cases a site visit will be necessary and will be arranged with the homeowner.

If you have any additional questions please contact Brian Reid. Please fill out the form below and someone will get back with you with an answer.
