The ACC- Architectural Control Committee is made up of 5 volunteer Chenango residents. They are elected to the ACC by the Association members at the annual meeting, for a term of 2 years.

Their job is to review and consider for approval all plans for modifications to or creation of improvements upon the Lots, including landscaping changes, and shall determine whether the covenants, Association Rules and other Building and Design Regulations have been complied with as to any particular Lot. The Protective Covenants for Chenango charge the Architectural Control Committee ( “ACC”) with the duty of insuring that exterior alterations to the homes in Chenango conform to a standard of quality workmanship, quality materials and a harmony of design within the community. The Committee has developed these Architectural Standards to guide its decision making process and to assist homeowners planning alterations to their homes.

Requests sent to SPM will be forwarded to the ACC. The ACC will review requests by email. If additional information is needed or if a site visit is needed, the owners will be contacted by email to submit additional information or to schedule a date for the site visit.
